Washington Metropolitan Area Facilities
CSI provides full-service Relocation Management and Coordination Services to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for over 30 facilities within the Washington Metropolitan Area. FDAs headquarters staff consists of over 6,500 medical, scientific and administrative professionals housed within multiple leased locations. CSI is responsible for the management and coordination of all daily relocation requirements, managing the ERIC Logistics Services Help Desk and the project management of large scope relocation projects as identified by the Project Manager. The On-site Project Manager evaluates all work received by the Help Desk Clerk to determine the best execution method utilizing the daily crew or escalating to the project management crew. During this process, the Project Manager conducts on-site surveys, develops relocation schedules and the related relocation budget as well as performs pre-relocation training and post-relocation follow-up services and coordinates the disposition of unwanted government property.
