Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)
C-Systems was selected by the Department of Homeland Security to review and analyze the contracts awarded by FEMA for Hurricane Katrina relief. The task was enormous and demanded assembling a team of personnel who were experienced in objective analysis of awarded contracts for compliance with federal regulations, including those special regulations that apply to special urgent situations, and for statistical reporting and analytics related to the dollars, vendors, and spend patterns for the Federal Katrina relief effort headed-up by FEMA
