1. Project Executive (PXP)
Functional Responsibility: This is a company principle/manager that plans and provides leadership developing complex technical solutions for planning and design studies and analysis for major office relocation projects. Supervises, plans and directs project coordination and management. Provides comprehensive definition of all management and technical aspects of project requirements within and including engineering disciplines. Working knowledge and understanding of local and national codes and is responsible for contract compliance.

Position Qualifications: Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in the supervision and development of complex planning, management, and technical solutions for major projects with at least seven years of supervisory responsibilities. Security clearance required. BA/BS degree in related field or equivalent specialized work experience.

2. Senior Project Manager
Functional Responsibility: Comprehensive project management support, oversight, and supervisory services for the design reconfiguration, relocation, increasing, or downsizing of office spaces for facilities and relocation services. Manages and oversees the efforts with respect to administering facilities and program services to support project and task order requirements. Maintains day-to-day contact with the agency customer for planning and executing the project. Responsible for budgeting, project forecasting, project resources, project quality, timeliness of work and deliverables.

Position Qualifications: Minimum of six (6) years of experience in the supervision, management, operations, and maintenance services related to major systems or facilities with at least seven years of supervisory responsibility. Security clearance required. A BA/BS degree or equivalent specialized experience is required.

3. Project Manager (PM)
Functional Responsibility: Manages and oversees the efforts with respect to administering facility or project services to support task orders. Plans schedules, organizes, supervises and controls the work to be performed and interfaces with the agency point of contact/project leader on a day-to-day basis. Ensures all contract performance is conducted in compliance with all applicable Occupational, Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Standards.

Position Qualifications: Minimum of four (4) years of experience in the supervision, management, operations, and maintenance services related to major systems or facilities with at lease 4 years of supervisory responsibilities. Security clearance required. A BA/BS degree or equivalent specialized experience is required.

4. Space/Furniture Planner (SFP)
Functional Responsibility: Works with senior planner in supporting the client project manager and agency requirements. Responsible for assisting with moving budgets, development of the move sequence schedule, and furniture, systems and equipment reuse plans. Provides support services for Scope of Work and specifications and maintains records of the move and damages caused by movers.

Position Qualifications: Minimum of three (3) years experience in relocation planning or related field. Security clearance required. A High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma is required.

5. Relocation Coordinator (RC)
Functional Responsibility: Works with senior planner in supporting the client project manager and agency requirements. Responsible for assisting with moving budgets, development of the move sequence schedule, and furniture, systems and equipment reuse plans. 6. Senior Administrative Assistant (SAA)
Functional Responsibility: Serves as a member of a team member providing assistance and preparing graphical, or other documentation and input from various sources for briefings, reports and task order administrative deliverables.

Position Qualifications: Minimum of five (5) years of specialized administrative experience in relocation planning services or related field. Security clearance required. A High School Diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma is required.

7. Administrative Assistant (AA)
Functional Responsibility: Serves as a member of a team member providing administrative assistance and support preparing graphical, or other documentation and input from various sources for briefings, reports and task order administrative deliverables.

8. Administrative Assistant (AA) (Help Desk)
Functional Responsibility: Serves as a member of a team member providing administrative support for the project help desk and provides administrative assistance to support operational tasks.

Position Qualifications: Minimum of two (2) years of specialized administrative experience in relocation planning services or related field. Security clearance required. A High School Diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma is required.

9. Relocation Runner (RR)
Functional Responsibility: Serves as a member of a team member providing support and assistance for the project to aid and assist in communications, delivery and courier/messenger services. Responsible for movement of materials, and incidental items to or from locations within a complex or the metropolitan area keeping essential records of signature deliveries and maintains a daily log.

Position Qualifications: Minimum of two (2) years of specialized administrative experience in relocation and moving services or related field. Security clearance required. A High School Diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma is required.

10. Installation Supervisor/Lead Installer
Functional Responsibility: Supervise installation personnel in the relocation, installation, assembly and disassembly services in support of a variety of systems, modular furniture and shelving, computer components, etc. according to design plans provided.

Position Qualifications: Minimum of at least five (5) years of comparable and relevant experience including two years of supervisory experience for installing, assemble and disassembly of a variety of systems. A High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma and a Mover Journeyman Level Certificate are required.

10. Installation Technician/Installer
Functional Responsibility: Under the supervision of a manager or supervisor perform relocation, installation, assembly and disassembly services to support a variety of systems and modular furniture and shelving, including computer components according to plans provided.

Position Qualifications: Minimum of at least three (3) years of comparable and relevant experience for installing, assembly and disassembly of a variety of systems. A High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma is required.

10. Mover
Functional Responsibility: Movers are responsible for following the directions of supervisor for packing and moving all furniture, files, records, books, computer systems and other office equipment using moving equipment that includes dollies, commercial bins, panel carts, cradles, including proficient in utilizing a variety of specialized moving supplies such as computer bags, bubble wrap, shrink wrap, and containers.

Position Qualifications: Minimum of three (3) years experience in the related field. A High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma is required.

10. Executive Planner (RM)
Functional Responsibility: Responsible for managing and controlling the overall scope, budget and schedule for complex, multi-project programs with the responsibility to communicate with executive management to ensure that all critical program management, technical and related issues are addressed. Responsible for resources, work standards, schedule, quality assurance plans, reviewing progress reports, supervising personnel, and communicating policies, goals, accomplishments and for overall contract performance.

Position Qualifications: Minimum of ten (10) years of management experience in large or complex IT systems supporting program and business integration projects, including records management and document conversion management, planning and supervision or related field. BA/BS degree in related business, engineering/architectural field or equivalent specialized work experience.

10. Project Manager (RM)
Functional Responsibility: Responsible for the day-to-day supervision and management authority for the project and for providing overall direction to the project, project work plans and monitor the execution of the project and contract performance. Works directly with the project or task managers on each project and ensure that the program is executed on schedule and within budget. The project manager provides expert functional and management guidance for the project and meets regularly with client senior program managers to discuss program status and resolve and related issues.

Position Qualifications: Minimum of seven (7) years of management experience in large or complex IT systems supporting program and business integration projects, including records management and document conversion management, planning and supervision or related field. BA/BS degree in related business, engineering/architectural field or equivalent specialized work experience.

10. Senior Records Analyst (RM)
Functional Responsibility: Serves as a member of a team member providing assistance and preparing graphical, or other documentation and input from various sources. Responsible for document, preparation and handling, document tracking and maintaining location and security of all records using a computer based tracking system. Duties include indexing documents, research and categorizing documents, sorts and batching before scanned into imaging system, quality control checks, work distribution and special projects, quality control of scanned and indexed images, and maintains accurate daily reports of individual work productivity.

Position Qualifications: Minimum of five (5) years of specialized administrative experience in records management, document conversion, filing procedures and techniques and use of computer databases. A High School Diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma is required.
